In the wake of the current turmoil going on in the translation market, never lose sight of your goal and hold on to it at all costs. We are obviously coming to the end of a cycle brought about by the effects of market globalization. You must think about the coming changes and dig deep into your creativity if you are to reap the seeds of such a change; just as is the case with the phoenix, this magnificent mythological bird-like creature. Like us, it builds its nest around personal experience, only to eventually burst into flames and rise from its own ashes. We all need to rely on who we are in order to come anew, tread new paths and fly in a new direction.
